School trips can be a challenge. Large groups, risk management, multiple children and even parents to accommodate. The team at Sports Fan Travel cover all bases and ensure both the children and any accompanying teachers/parents are our top priority.

Upon request, for added peace of mind, one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members can accompany the group for added numbers, supervision and ensure the trip goes off without a hitch. We take the safety, comfort and enjoyment of our young sports’ stars very seriously. Before each trip a new risk management assessment is completed relevant to each group and the destination – each group is unique as is the trip they are embarking on.

Whether it’s inter-city, inter-state or international, we cater to the group covering air, land and sea as well as meals, city sites, tours and even meal recommendations.

We run cycle training camps and Lucinda coordinates our group flights, baggage, transfers, accommodation and some meals. We have been so happy with the places she has organised and the value for money that we tend to utilise the same places time and time again. Nothing is too much trouble for Lucinda. After our Peaks Tassie trip together i knew we had to get onboard with you for Falls Creek.
From the day we flew out I knew i had nothing to worry about except my nutrition and hydration leading up to event day. You even had this covered with the nice sugar care package which we received on arrival to our accommodation.

Lucinda at Sports Fan Travel made my cycling in Tasmania and Falls Creek, Victoria Peaks Challenges that little bit easier when I needed to travel from interstate. For a very reasonable price and much cheaper than I could organise alone my event ticket was purchased and bike was safely transported and at the destinations when I arrived.
Lucinda also booked my flights, accommodation and picked me up from the airport to get me to my accommodation. In Falls Creek even our meals were provided and in Tasmania the food was just what we needed for the event. Getting home was just as easy Lucinda had all the flights and bike transport sorted.
All I had to do was turn up, get on the bike and ride; Lucinda took care of the rest even cheering us on at the finish line. I would definitely use Lucinda again for future travels, epic challenges and adventures.
